Finding financial resources to keep up in today’s competitive sports market can be overwhelming and a hurdle for families.

Alleviating financial barriers can be the first step toward empowering athletes to excel in their sports while also nurturing their spiritual growth on and off the field. Empowering athletes to gain the skills to overcome challenges, make a positive impact in their communities, and strengthen their relationship with God is important.

Through scholarship programs and character building initiatives, A.S.C.E.N.D. provides athletes with the support and resources they need to succeed.

The programs integrate financial and spiritual guidance to create a holistic approach to athlete development. By nurturing athletic talents and spiritual well-being, they aim to equip athletes to thrive in their sports, overcome obstacles, and make a positive impact in their communities. The areas of focus to achieve this include financial support, spiritual growth, community impact, Christian values, and excellence.

Nykoya and her husband played at both the collegiate and professional levels and have a deep passion for the next generation of athletes. Nykoya was supported by a program that provided her with the opportunity to compete at the highest level of athletics—an opportunity that wouldn’t have been possible without financial support.
